He's finally caught up to Overlook after all those years of bein 'dead'. So he's got a bit of 'catching up' to do. Although I doubt Overlook wants to be involved in any way shape or form. Ironicly, that crack running along side the bigger mech's head was actually caused by Overlook. Tis was his first escape attempt and he smacked the fragger upside the head with a metal pole. Overlook managed to get away, but the mech caught up to him and Snips was put into a whole 'nother level of the pits. In plain words, the bot tortured Snips both mentally and physically. Ya really don't want me to go into detail there. That point was also when the 'I love you' part started to frequently come in along with the 'examples' of love. Anyway, yeah. I feel so sorry for Snips.

He better get his slimy servo off Overlook before Storm notices. Yesh, is him. Oh, I don't think he'll be doing that anytime soon. He's finally got his 'precious mech' back and he isn't about to let him go again. As soon as Storm finds out, I'll definitely think I'll have to disagree with that. Either Storm's gonna offline him trying to save Overlook....or offline himself to save Overlook. Ugh....Snips is hopin for the first option then. He'd feel guilty/miserable if Storm was offlined because of that. Yeah...Though you know Storm'd do anything for Overlook or to get him back to the others safely. 
Storm is fiercly protective over those he cares about. Yeah. Is not a pretty sight...
