All spark donors have successfully given a part of their sparks without any complications. Taken from Cybertron's finest, the masters of the sky, light, speed, disguise, weather, reasoning, and the Elite have come together in order to insure the survival of our race. With the war regarding the Autobots and Decepticons, Cybertron has slowly begun to die. Should we fail in this unfortunate war, these fourteen spark samples will be made into seven new Transformers. The Last Seven.  With their 'creators' abilities, they will be able to recreate Cybertron and restore peace and order. The war has ravaged Cybertron for so long, it is of the up most importance that the Project does not fail.

                                                            ~Project: Legacy~

A terrible incident has occured that has crippled the Project. The destruction of Base 17's perimeter and the infiltration of the site has left Project: Legacy dwindling. Six of the seventeen sparks have merged successfully and three sparklings are in need of activation codes. The activation of these three of The Last Seven is pre-mature and will most likely cause problems. My data files regarding which sparks merged and those that haven't has been destroyed and so I am unable to identify who the sparklings' creators are. Since the donors are still online, there are some possible side-effects to the sparklings creation.

Side-Effects--

Partial Bonding: (FURTHER RESEARCH REQUIRED)

* bonded pair would only have a vague idea of the others emotions/intentions
* pair would not be able to communicate with each other through the bond
* if one is dieing, the other may fall ill and enless they fall into a coma, it is only temporary
* both will be irrisitably drawn to the other (ex. become close friends, possible bonding)

Death: If sparks are unable to function as one (the sparkling), the eventual offlining of the donors and sparkling is immenent.

I have recieved word that a successful match has been made. Two of the donors have tested positive as the creators of one of the sparklings. However, the spark is far too weak to continue as it is now and must connect to one of the donors' spark. It must be carried for the duration of about five months. The operation to do so was also a success and the subject is now with-spark and has returned with their future bond mate.

The remaining sparklings still require activation codes and remain dormant. From comparing the chassis of the sparklings to the remaining twelve donors, I have narrowed down who the possible creators could be. Unfortunetly, I am unable to make contact with them. I will continue to make observations and see if the other spark samples have merged.
